After a couple of cases of people trying to receive refunds on their tickets that they bought on Mango airlines, it seems that the low cost airliner will not refund any tickets purchased.
Mango’s terms and conditions state that: “Tickets sold are completely non-refundable. You should choose the fare best suited to your needs.”
This is also true for most low cost airliners like Kalula and 1Time in that they cannot offer refunds or transfer tickets. So when purchasing airline tickets, make 100% sure that you are able to make the flight, as well as make sure that the cost of your ticket includes are airport taxes and any other hidden costs that you might incur. Airport taxes are one of those costs that airliners like to leave in the fine print, so watch out for that.

Hi what is the possibility of opening a flymango airline to PE. I am the only one of my family members in PTA and I would like to take my kids to go and visit their grandma from time to time and with your cheaper rates i would certainly be able to do so.
