Mango airlines website

The only good thing about Mango Airlines is the price. But that is if you are lucky enough to be able to get through to their website or call centre to actually make a booking!

Mango Airlines has said that they have increased the bandwidth of the site 4 times, as well as increasing staff at the call centre, but it still seems that things are going very slowly on both sides.

I just hope that trying to fly with Mango Airlines is not going to be as slow as their website. I have been trying the entire morning just to search for a Mango Airlines ticket, and still no success.

    Hi, I have been trying to search for flights from JHB TO CT and the website is not reponding, for the past 15 minutes now. The dates being from the 15 Feb to 18 Feb.

    I have had the worst experience possible dealing with this airline. I have spoken and dealt with some of the most incompetant people living on this planet and because of your bad service and even worse, more broken promises I can count, I have missed my sisters big day, her wedding. Now I am really really bitter and very traumatised by the whole event and I need compensation. I need to feel better about being treated in the worst manner ever and I need someone to pay for my missing out on being at what was supposed to be the most beautiful day of my sister life, whom might i add, i haven’t seen in over 4 years. I have decided to speak to an attorney, and i am also planning on going to the media with my ordeal. Even if i do not get compensation for my pain and suffering and all the hundreds spent on phonecalls because of consultants not knowing how to work one, i will get satisfaction out of letting the whole nation know you are frauds, incompetant, and a huge big bunch of liars. You will hear from me, either through my attorney or the media,

    I’ve had my first dealing with Mango today. After hearing a lot of negative comments, I would like to give some POSITIVE comments. The website booking was quick and efficient. I paid the flights for my brother on my credit card and obviously the credit card is required in Durban from where my brother is to depart. I live in Zastron, Free State. 180km from Bloemfontein. I telephoned Mango and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient operator, whose name unfortunately I cannot recall. He answered all my questions, solved my credit card problem and even got my brother’s little dog, Milo, booked on the flight.

    GO MANGO!!! Hope your business grows daily. A pleasure having dealt with you.

    i went time out on the net waiting for trere website to respond,but then what can you expect?
