This blog doesn’t make a huge amount of money with Adsense, but it does enough to be able to experiement with different ad positions.
So starting from today, I’ve added a link unit to the top of the blog, as well as a adsense button (125×125) to the right of each post. Alongside that, in the sidebar, I’m promoting Adwords as well as Picasa.
For this experiment, Let’s say I’m making around 20c per day. My actual stats do vary. Some days nothing, others $2 to $3. (Hey, don’t laugh!) I’m also going to try a post a little more frequently, to see how much that will have an impact. Definitely going to hook up Zoundry for this.
