Google are for the very first time displaying advertising on their homepage. All US based Internet Explorer users will be greeted with an advert about Firefox, and asking them to download Firefox with Google Toolbar.

With the rise of sites like ExplorerDestroyer.com and Killbillsbrowser.com, getting IE’s domination on of the browser market under the 50% mark shouldn’t be too long in the making.
