The end of Google?

I read a very interesting article in which Bill Gates predicted in 1990 that the company that would most probably knock Microsoft from it’s pedestal was yet to be formed. He most definitely could of been talking about Google.

But what about Google? Almost every person and business eventually gets their no.1 spot taken away. So that must mean Google will also one day have to contemplate the fact they are no longer no.1. (Are they number 1? I think Microsoft are still holding on to that spot, but only marginally.)

If you want to hire the brightest, most qualified human capital, you have to watch out that they might have it in for you one day. So why do you think Google has the perks that they do? You have to keep those Googler’s happy. Damn happy.
